The Seagull Association will be listed as a charity in PEF Israel Endowment Funds, which allows us to receive tax-deductible donations in the United States and Canada.
To make a wire transfer, PEF requires donors to contact them directly. 501(c)3 Approval will be issued by PEF Israel Endowments.
