A dedicated workshop for newly released military personnel, known as operators, commenced on [insert date]. This workshop marked a significant milestone, the first within the Seagull Association.
The primary objective of this workshop is to ease the transition to civilian life for these veterans, covering various aspects such as finance, reserves, the job market, and investments. The training sessions were primarily conducted by former members of the military who generously volunteered their time. These sessions took place at the offices of Fibo, a company founded by a Seagull Association graduate.
